Casting actors for a new scripted series filmed in San Diego.
The show combines scripted storytelling with a natural documentary/reality-TV style.
Film shoots range: 1 - 5 hrs per shooting day.
We start shooting the week of Oct 5.
Cast/Characters.
Cheng Johnson
Male, any race, 20-30 years old. Alex’s roommate and close friend. Smart, sarcastic, grounded, with natural comedic timing.
Kevin K.
Male, 20s–30 years old. Charismatic and obnoxious social-media prank streamer. Athletic appearance preferred. Must be comfortable performing directly to camera.
Kim Lang
Female, 20-30 years old. Kevin’s girlfriend. Looking for someone who can handle emotional scenes with a natural, believable performance.
Carrol Lang
Female, 40s–60s. Kim’s mother. Strong personality, outspoken, direct, and comfortable with confrontation.
LOCATION: San Diego, CA
We’re looking for natural performances and actors comfortable with some improvisation.
Professional acting experience is welcome but not required.
